As a result of sustained growth, we are looking for a professional Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team either from a recruitment background or someone who would like to establish themselves as a recruitment consultant with further development and career progression.

What you’ll be doing

This is a key role within the Recruitment Team, and you will be coordinating the hiring process from beginning to end, sourcing, screening, and candidate management, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the onboarding process.

You will ensure we hire talented individuals for our business while giving a great candidate experience and build effective relationships with our customers to fully understand our customers resourcing requirements.

What we are looking for:

A professional with Recruitment background or someone looking for a career within Recruitment with a proven track record of customer service and sales.

Good interpersonal skills and excellent communicator

Self-motivated, influential and driven attitude

Ability to work in a fast paced and focused environment.

Ambition to expand and grow both personally and professionally.

Driver with own vehicle

Hours: 9am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
