ADMINISTRATOR - PARKSTONE

An exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Recruitment Business based in Parkstone, POOLE.

We are looking for an office administrator to join our friendly team.

As a key member of the team, you’ll be involved with the co-ordination of all administrative activities, including reception and customer service.

The ideal person:

You will need strong communication skills over the phone and face to face. You must have excellent organisational and administrative skills with current knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Power-point.

An ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and candidates.

An awareness of the importance of professional confidentiality

Immediate start for the right candidate

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Benefits:

· 28 days per annum holiday

· Company pension after a qualifying period
